I’m Ana — a clinical pharmacist with 9+ years in emergency medicine and ICU settings, and adjunct pharmacy school faculty. I started Healthy Doses because the advice I found online when I was a student was either too vague (“just study hard!”) or written by people who’d never actually practiced.

Here, you’ll find the study systems, rotation prep, and career strategy I wish someone had handed me — plus the finance and wellness advice that actually gets you through the program in one piece.
